And just like that, the final whistle has sounded on another LYVNA Winter season for our CPNC 1 Opens Section 1 team.

What a season this group has had!

From the opening rounds through to finals, CPNC 1 showed plenty of determination, resilience and belief. Finishing 3rd on the ladder in a competitive Opens Section is a fantastic achievement — and one this team should be proud of. 🖤💛

That hard work earned them a place in the semi-final on Saturday, where they battled it out until the final whistle. Unfortunately, the result didn't fall our way, going down 27–35.

While it’s never easy to finish your season with a loss, one game doesn't define the season. What defines it is the commitment, the fight, the teamwork and all the moments in between that brought this team to the semi-finals in the first place. 🤍

A huge thank you to Coach Jess for leading this group throughout the season — for the encouragement, guidance and belief in the team every step of the way. 💛

And to our CPNC 1 players — take a moment to appreciate what you achieved. Third on the ladder and semi-finalists is a season worth celebrating. You challenged yourselves, backed each other and never stopped competing. 👏
